TLC provides training courses approved by the Ontario

Ministry of the Environment.

 TLC has provided MOE approved courses since 1999. We facilitate onsite delivery of MOE 'Director Approved' courses for exam preparation as well as various one-day courses for CEU credits or towards "on-the-job" hours. TLC can customize courses for clients.

•  municipal surface water supply systems with complex treatment units, large multi-level pressure zone distribution/transmission systems with in-ground and elevated storage.
• smaller municipal groundwater supply systems and associated distribution facilities.
• wastewater collection and treatment systems of various capacities.
• facility management, repair and operations
